Refund policy
Every fragrance tells an intimate story, and our creations are crafted to sit close to the skin offering a subtle, nuanced, and natural scent profile rather than an overpowering trail. Because scent is deeply personal, we know an aroma might not always align with what you envisioned. This policy outlines how delivery, returns, and refunds work for your purchase.
Returns
Standard Returns: You have 7 working days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging with all seals intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Defective Products: If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or defective, we offer free returns within 3 working days of delivery, ensuring you are fully protected under the Consumer Protection Act.
Return Method & Costs
Return Process: We will schedule a courier pick-up to collect your securely packed return in its original packaging.
Our Error or Defect: We cover the full cost of the return courier if the item sent was incorrect or defective.
Standard Returns / Change of Mind: Return shipping fees will apply for standard returns or mind-change exchanges and will be arranged via our courier service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return to verify it meets our policy requirements, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days back to your original payment method.
Product & Formulation Note
Our perfumes are crafted using quality essential oils and fragrance oils. Due to the high concentration of oils used, a slight natural haze or cloudiness may occasionally be visible. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality, safety, or scent profile of your fragrance.
